Neuralgia

Painful..... I feel like a punishment for.  Former NBA Super Star Magic Jonson who I don't know how said in English. But Lately, I have remembered it as much as I got this neuralgia.
"The trail which are not given us by God we can't get over". So, I would get over this neuralgia.
Somebody knows what he said. Please tell me if you know.
